Where we ship
Trainers Feet currently ships to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing & handling times
We aim to prepare your order swiftly and carefully. All orders require a processing time of 2 business days before dispatch. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Shipping time (within the UK)
After processing, parcels typically arrive within 7–8 business days across the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather conditions, and regional accessibility.
The total estimated delivery window for most orders is 9–10 business days (processing + transit).

We’re pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We ship with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Expedited or next-day delivery options are not currently offered. If you need assistance with a time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order.
Order tracking & updates
Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress. Tracking visibility may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy & delivery instructions
- Correct address: Please ensure your shipping address, postcode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Address changes: We can attempt changes before dispatch. After dispatch, changes are subject to the courier’s policies and are not guaranteed.
- Safe place / neighbour: Couriers may deliver to a safe place or neighbour where permitted. If you prefer no safe-place delivery, contact us promptly after ordering.
- Signature on delivery: Some shipments may require a signature. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.
Multiple items & split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking details for each parcel if applicable.
Unexpected delays & service interruptions
While we work closely with our courier partners to meet the stated timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high seasonal volumes, severe weather, public holidays, or localised disruptions. These factors are outside our direct control. We will support you with courier follow-ups where possible.
PO Boxes & BFPO addresses
We can ship to most UK addresses; however, some courier services may have restrictions for PO Boxes or BFPO addresses due to parcel size and tracking requirements. If you need delivery to a PO Box/BFPO, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Failed delivery & returned parcels
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Re-delivery may require confirmation of your address and, in certain cases, an additional delivery attempt fee charged by the courier.
Ownership, risk & lost parcels
Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with neighbours and safe places first, then contact us within 7 days so we can liaise with the courier. Courier investigations can take several business days. We’ll guide you through the process and keep you updated.
