How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, choose your preferred product and size, and click “Add to Cart”. Once ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and confirm your payment.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and view your purchase history easily.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via our trusted UK couriers. Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days across the United Kingdom.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders throughout the United Kingdom—no minimum purchase required!

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Do you ship internationally?

You can return any unused, unworn, and undamaged item within 14 business days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or product.
