Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our support team via email at support@trainersfeet.co.uk within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Securely package your item and ship it back using a tracked courier service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return time frame
You have 14 business days from the date you received your order to request a return. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Refund time frame
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchange policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after our confirmation:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary by institution.

Return shipping responsibility
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
